The Holistic Hub was founded by Cathy, owner of Big feet Little Feet. Cathy is joined by a team of like-minded employed and self-employed individuals who all offer varying treatments but with one thing in common - we all believe in the power of holistic and natural remedies.

About Big Feet Little Feet
​
Big Feet Little Feet offers a variety of treatments suitable for everyone. We specialise in deep tissue with a holistic twist but work closely with our clients to personalise any treatment to maximise the benefits for their own personal needs.
​
The name Big Feet Little Feet comes from the wide range of treatment we have available to those with ‘Big Feet’, and the Infant Massage and Toddler Yoga classes that I run for those with ‘Little Feet’. A message from the owner
I am thankful for my loyal clients who keep me busy, but this does mean that I can get booked up very quickly so I advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment. However, it is always worth messaging on the off chance to see if I can get you in and I will see what I can do!
Please note I am usually fully booked 2/3 months in advance. It is worth checking my instagram for canellation slots.

On booking, I do require all clients to pay a non refundable deposit. The only occasion in which this would be refunded would be if I am the reason the appointment is unable to go ahead. Clients are also able to reschedule their appointment with 72 hours notice, and if I am able to fill the space then your existing deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date as a gesture of goodwill. As previously stated, deposits are not optional or refundable and I appreciate my clients for supporting my small business. On booking, you have 24 hours to pay your deposit.

We are thrilled to announce that our therapist Megan has now joined the team full time. Megan has been receiving fantastic reviews from her clients, so make sure to check out our booking page to see her availability! In addition, the lovely Alice has recently joined the Big Feet Little Feet Team part-time, bringing over 10 years of experience to our practice. We will be offering special introductory deals with Alice, so be sure to follow our Instagram page to stay updated on all our special offers and promotions.

Dowlands Lane is located opposite the Curious Pig pub. Follow the lane down until you reach Copthorne Business Park. Look for a green sign that says Holistic Hub, turn right and continue until you see a black gate.
Please wait outside the gate and I will let you in once I’m ready.
You can park directly outside of Unit 1 or in any allocated spaces marked ‘1’. We will open the door to you when you arrive and we are ready for you.

Parking: Please park directly outside of Unit 1, or in any of the allocated spaces marked '1'. Please do not park in another companies spot as this may result in your treatment being interrupted to move your car.
