The Full Story
The Holistic Hub is a co-owned massage and well-being clinic, brought together in 2026 by husband and wife, Kieran & Cathy.
Dedicated to combining injury-focused massage therapy with holistic wellbeing treatments under one roof. Created from a shared passion for recovery, balance, and long-term health, our space blends clinical expertise with a calm, restorative environment.
We specialise in supporting the body through every stage of healing, whether that’s relieving muscular pain, improving mobility, aiding injury recovery, or simply helping you unwind and reset.
Alongside our sports and remedial work, we also offer a range of holistic therapies designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and support overall wellbeing.
At the heart of the Holistic Hub is a simple goal: to help every client feel better in their body, move with more ease, and leave feeling both physically and mentally restored

The Journey
Big Feet Little Feet was my origional brand when it was just myself, Cathy, starting my self-employed journey beginning April 2021. The name Big Feet Little Feet comes from the wide range of treatment I have available to those with ‘Big Feet’, and the Infant Massage and Toddler Yoga classes that I run for those with ‘Little Feet’. Feet comes from the reflexology I offer.
Holistic Hub opened 2024, Since then I have expanded, hired staff and now offer treatments with my wonderful team.
In 2026 I partnered with my Husband Kieran, to open our very own Well-being and Massage Clinic together.
We offer a variety of treatments suitable for everyone. We specialise in deep tissue with a holistic twist but work closely with our clients to personalise any treatment to maximise the benefits for their own personal needs.

Dowlands Lane is located opposite the Curious Pig pub. Follow the lane down until you reach Copthorne Business Park (on the bend).
Look for a green sign that says Holistic Hub (at the top), turn right and continue until you see a black gate on your right.
Please ring Holistic hub buzzer and wait outside the gate and someone will let you in when we are ready.
You can park directly outside of Unit 1 or in any allocated spaces marked ‘1’. We will open the door to you when you arrive and we are ready for you.
Parking: Please park directly outside of Unit 1, or in any of the allocated spaces marked '1'. Please do not park in another companies spot as this may result in your treatment being interrupted to move your car. We also have an overflow car park on your left as you drive in as well as spaces directly outside the main gate. In total you can find about 11 spots suitable for parking in, so please check you are parked correctly.
