I started studying beauty therapy 11 years ago and once qualified began working in local spa's. Massage and facials were always my favourite treatments to offer so when I began working for myself I decided to expand my knowledge in these area's and only offer treatments I was passionate in.

 

My business opened in April 2021. My daughter had turned 1 and I was ready to come back to work but couldn't see myself working in a Spa where I had been since I was 17, due to the hours not being appropriate for mum life. I saw a room become available and decided to give it a go. From here my business was getting booked up more and more and continued to go from strength to strength. I have definitely found my calling in life and grateful I found it so early on.  What started off as a part time job to get some me time became so full I ended up having to open full time to squeeze you all in!

In 2019 I qualified in Reflexology as this had always been something that had facinated me. The first time I had reflexology I chose this treatment due to improving mental health and going through a difficult time. I still stand by these treatments being incredible for the mind. In fact, reflexology is the only treatment that can send me to sleep.

  I am lucky enough to have studied at the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology, which is right on our doorstep! This is an AOR school. Everyone is trained to the highest of standards here, and must complete 100 case studies before qualifying. Reflexology is a very powerful, non-invasive treatment which treats the hands or feet. This can be practiced on newborns to elderly and has many benefits.

 

I was inspired to become an infant massage teacher to parents as I now have a beautiful baby girl (now 4) and I have seen first hand the benefits that massage has on the body of all ages. I believe massage is very beneficial to you and your baby as it helps with bonding, aids digestion and relieves symptoms of colic and constipation, all common problems people with new borns deal with. Classes are on hold currently, but if you'd like to have a 1-2-1 appointment then please get in contact. I'm am also trained in Toddler Yoga.

In 2021 I trained in both Gua Sha and Cupping. Gua Sha facials had always facinated me and I loved the training as I also learned many techniques to treat myself also. This is an incredible treatment as it is massage based (which really is the best part of a facial). With this training we also learned Gua Sha on the body which was facinating as I hadn't really thought much of the benefits it may have as this isn't a very common treatment.

 However... with this treatment we touched on Cupping. Now, I knew nothing about cupping. I literally find it crazy how every step you make leads to the next stage of your life. I decided to do some research. I went ahead and booked the training and just WOW. This training really was an eye opener for me. I've had people travel 2 hours just to come visit me, which is beyond crazy! This is my most popular treatment and has helped so many people.

In 2022 I trained in Crystal Therapy. This treatment gives great variety to my treatments and really is incredible to clear any blockages within the body. 

​

I am very passionate in what I do and absolutely love my job! I am so so grateful that I get to work for myself and do something every day that I find enjoyable and I love the feeling of helping others to over come pain or difficult times in their lives.

​

In 2024 I opened my own Hub. This is the perfect place for people who get nervous going to new places. It isnt a salon but a place that has brought a variety of holistic therapies together.
