With the Ultimate Back Massage, I'll use specialised techniques to release built-up tension and increase circulation in your back muscles, then you can chose between the added benefits of either
cupping, hot stone or gua sha.
Cupping therapy, with its use of glass cups, will help to loosen tight muscles and improve blood flow, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
The addition of hot stones will melt away any remaining tension, providing deep relaxation and promoting overall well-being.
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves scraping the skin to relieve pain and tension.

This treatment created by BFLF is a unique and transformative experience and designed to provide you with a sense of relaxation and inner peace. Our skilled therapists will expertly navigate your body's energy centres, releasing any blockages and restoring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. 

The Deep Chakra Healing Treatment is not just about physical relaxation, but also about nurturing your emotional well-being, resulting in you leaving feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and recharged.

Beginning with a shoulder, face & scalp massage (optional gua sha) and finishes with reflexology. On arrival we will discuss whether we should do the piezoelectricity treatment which involves draining away any negativity and bringing in positivity by using 6 clear quartz. Also great for an energy boost. Other options include “the Pain Drain” which scans the body and drains away any pain.  Both treatments include the chakra healing.

This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free.

In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. 
In this treatment, I use precise pressure techniques on specific points of your feet to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. This can relieve stress, improve circulation, and restore balance to your body as well as improve a wide range of other discomfort you may be feeling.
